Warm compassionate, biomedical cleaning. Very respectful of our emotional needs very through cleaning and communication and care for our needs. They did not complete the jod until we were satisfied. Reccomend highly they are truly wonderful!!!

Michelle was absolutely wonderful to talk to after I found out of my father's passing in his home. I had no clue what I was in for. She was caring and walked me through the process step by step. She set up a time to meet with her husband Alex and explained what should expect. When Alex arrived, he was absolutely wonderful and gave me condolences. He was honest and respectful in every manner. Over the last 7 months my family has had to sort out the complicated, multi-layered, and sad situation surrounding my father transitioning into long-term care. I called Bio-One from out of state to clean the house of a family member that passed away alone inside. I was initially concerned with trusting a company to go in the empty house unattended. Michelle was very professional, courteous, and sincere, and made me feel very comfortable with their ability to handle the job. Weeks later I went to the house and it was fine. The room was cleaned up and there were no traces anything happened in the house. Alex did a great job.
