Warm compassionate, biomedical cleaning. Very respectful of our emotional needs very through cleaning and communication and care for our needs. They did not complete the jod until we were satisfied. Reccomend highly they are truly wonderful!!!

Bio-One restored my life. Bio-One treated me with respect, compassion and kindness while working to clean out furniture, garbage and remove pet odor. Bio-One thoroughly went room to room, top to bottom ensuring not area was missed. Which brought peace of mind for me. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to talk to after I found out of my father's passing in his home. I had no clue what I was in for. She was caring and walked me through the process step by step. Bio - One is a truly awesome company. Alex was so very compassionate and understanding. Alex was able to get me scheduled as soon as I was released from the hospital. Alex & Chris arrived as scheduled and worked diligently until the problem/mess was completely cleaned and removed from my home. Heaven forbid anyone should need this service but if you find yourself in a similar predicament you absolutely should hire Bio - One. Highly recommend this company. I was totally satisfied with the job done by Alex and Chris.

They seem to deal mostly with more emergency and biohazard situations but they also served our use-case of hoarding very well. Most teams would likely not want to even take the job when they realize just how much stuff there is, especially when food perishables are involved. Alex and team were extremely professional yet flexible. They were also some of the nicest people to interact with just in general. The care they took to identify valuables per our specifications ended up being a core value of the service provided as well. Of those who would have taken the job, most would have had an all or nothing attitude and cleared out everything and I believe we were able to extract much more value out of what was cleaned up by going through them.

Over the last 7 months my family has had to sort out the complicated, multi-layered, and sad situation surrounding my father transitioning into long-term care. He refused to see visitors and did not leave his room. The apartment was a nightmare when we finally were able to get my dad to the hospital and into long-term care. This process took 6 months. Because my sister and I live very far away, we've had to sort things out from a distance. We don't know what we would have done without Alex at Bio-One in Fort Meyers. I called Bio-One from out of state to clean the house of a family member that passed away alone inside. I was initially concerned with trusting a company to go in the empty house unattended. Michelle was very professional, courteous, and sincere, and made me feel very comfortable with their ability to handle the job. Weeks later I went to the house and it was fine. The room was cleaned up and there were no traces anything happened in the house. Alex did a great job. To speak to their trustworthiness, there was money still sitting on the dresser in the same room that was cleaned. I'd definitely recommend Bio-One.
